Q:  How do I order?

A:  The navigation links are on the left.  Click on Add To Cart and order.  If you want to order a large order and pick up, click on the Contact page and email me.

Q:  How do I determine shipping costs?

A:  After you Add To Cart, type in your zip code and click calculate.  

Q:  How large of a tree can you ship? 

A:  We can ship up to a 4 ft tree small bottom. Look for the Add To Cart button, if the button isn't available, then the item is too large to ship.  Local pick up only.

Q:  Do you use  UPS or USPS to ship items? 

A:  We use USPS to ship.  We do not ship with large frieght companies because we don't have a lift.

Q:  Where are you located and why isn't there a phone number on your website?

A:  We are located in Hamersville Ohio.  It is approximately 45 miles east of Cincinnati Ohio.  All questions you may have will be happily answered through email.

Q:  Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A:  Craftsnvines already offers discounts by selling wholesale to everyone.  You don't have to own a business to get great wholesale prices.

Q:  How do I pay for my order?

A:  Craftsnvines uses paypal to process payments.  You don't have to have an account to pay  by check or credit card.  It is secure and we keep all your information confidential. www.paypal.com

Q:  How soon will I receive my order after payment is made?

A:  Once payment is made, it takes approximately 7-10 days for the product to be shipped.

Q:  Can we pick up at your location?

A:  Customers can pick up items at our location.  We need to make advance reservations and payment/deposit has to be made in advance.  If a deposit is made, the remainder is due upon arrival.

Q:  Do you have a showroom to view the crafts?

A:  We do not have a showroom, all the items can be viewed on this site.

Q:  Do you sell the lights on the trees or decorate items?

A:  We don't sell lights or decorate any items.

Q:  Do you have a brochure?

A:  No, we use the website for our advertisement.
